All doctors who perform telemedicine on our platform are doctors graduated in Peru with proven ability to practice their profession in their respective specialties.
You can ask our doctors most of the consultations that you would carry out in person. The doctor will evaluate each case and decide if it can be resolved via telemedicine or if it requires a face-to-face appointment. In both cases, the doctor will be able to manage all medical information including medical history and file viewing from the Medlink platform.

The cost of each appointment, virtual or face-to-face, is established by each medical professional. This price can be found in the profile of each available professional and published on our platform.

All data from the clinical records is encrypted in the cloud (Amazon Web Services technology) where access is stored and managed by the chosen Doctor.
Yes. All appointments will be recorded and reflected in Medlink's digital medical record, as well as the indicationss and prescriptions made by the doctor. All changes and views are recorded and encrypted on our platform, safely and with access restricted to the doctor, responding to the Data Protection Law.
Without the need to install any software on your computer or smartphone, you can schedule a virtual appointment with any of the health professionals registered on our platform. You can search for a specific doctor on our platform by name or you can select a specialty and choose one of our affiliated doctors. In both cases, you will see their agenda on our platform and you must choose a time that suits your availability.
Before confirming the appointment, we want to make sure which is the appropriate way (virtual or face-to-face) to treat you. For this reason, we ask you to fill out a short form that we then validate with the doctor you chose. In less than 24 hours, the case is reviewed and the appointment is confirmed. Both patient and doctor are notified by email of the entire process.
Yes. Our medical platform allows you to upload and save photos, documents and lab tests for a more complete assessment of each case. This documentation will be linked to the digital medical record. It is the best place to orderly store the data of your consolidated case in an encrypted Clinical Record in the cloud.
